After confirming the order, it takes up to 24 hours to process the product and up to 48 hours to send your order.
This does not include weekends and holidays.
Purchases made after 19:00 will not be shipped until the next business day.

If you order after 19:00 on Friday, your order will be processed the following Monday.

Deadlines for arrival of your order:

  • Bulgaria: 3 - 5 working days.
  • Greece: 4 - 6 working days.
  • Romania: 3 - 7 working days.
Your order will arrive at the nearest Econt office next to you or at the address specified by you.
You will receive a message via SMS or EMAIL to pick up your order.
* We do not offer inspection and test services upon delivery! Our products come to you carefully packed with a sealed security box. Returning or replacing a product is made as easy as possible for you!
  • The Cash on Delivery service is valid only for Bulgaria.
  • 1. You can pay by cash on delivery when you go to pick up the product you ordered from an Econt office. When ordering to an address, payment is made to your courier.
  • 2. You can pay by credit or debit card when completing your order.

1.Return:
You can return the product within 30 days after ordering it.
You can return the product if it is damaged or does not fit you, but you cannot return it if it has been used. You will receive your money back within 15 days of returning the product in the way you paid for it. You have to fill the “Return or replace product form” that you received. To return a product, you must send it back via Econt to the specified address on the package. The customer covers the transport costs for the return of the respective product.
2.Replace:
You can replace a product with another within 30 days after ordering it.
You cannot replace a used product. If there is a difference with the price of the new product, you will receive a discount for your next order. To replace a product, you must fill in the "Return or Replace" form that you received and send it back via Econt to the specified address on the package. The customer covers the transport costs for the replacement of the respective product. Your new product will be shipped the same way as the first. If you want to change the receiving address, you must indicate this on the Return or Replace form you received.
