DELIVERY & RETURNS
  1. DELIVERY POLICY
* We do not offer inspection and test services upon delivery! Our products come to you carefully packed with a sealed security box. Returning or replacing a product is made as easy as possible for you!
Purchased products are delivered to the address specified in the Order by the Customer within 3-5 days by Storm Sofia, after accepting the Order, at the price specified on the Website before making the Order. The delivery price may differ depending on the selected delivery method.
Storm Sofia reserves the right to accept or refuse orders for delivery outside the territory of Bulgaria or Europe. In any case, for deliveries outside the territory of Bulgaria, the delivery costs and delivery times may differ.
In case of requests for delivery to countries outside the European Union, import duties shall be paid by the recipient. Therefore, the customer is advised to contact the customs authorities in the country in advance to check the costs and any restrictions on imports.
The delivery times specified by Storm Sofia are only indicative and no delay or delivery made with subsequent split shipments entitles the Customer to refuse delivery or to request compensation or indemnity.
At the time of delivery, the Customer is obliged to check whether the number of delivered packages corresponds to the number indicated in the delivery note; whether the packaging is intact, damaged or wet or spoiled, including with regard to the materials used for sealing.
Any damage to the packaging and/ or product or lack of conformity in the number of packages or details must be reported immediately, by indicating the nature of the problem in the delivery document of the product, which shall be returned to the carrier.
Any problems with the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the goods received must be reported to the Storm Sofia within 7 days of delivery, in accordance with the methods set out herein.
  1. RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY
  • RETURN:
  • You can return the product within 30 days after ordering it.
  • You can return the product if it is damaged or does not fit you, but you cannot return it if it has been used.
  • You will receive your money back within 15 days after returning the product in the way of the initial payment.
  • To return an ordered product, you must fill in the "Return or Replacement" form that you received and send it back via Econt to the address specified on the package.
  • The customer covers the transport costs for the return of the relevant product.
  • REPLACEMENT:
  • You can replace a product with another within 30 days after ordering it.
  • You cannot replace a used product.
  • If there is a difference in the price of the new product, you will receive a discount for your next order.
  • To replace a product, you must fill in the "Return or Replacement" form that you received and send it back via Econt to the address specified on the package.
  • The customer covers the transport costs for the replacement of the relevant product.
  • Your new product will be shipped in the same way as the first one. If you want to change the delivery address, you must indicate it on the Return or Replacement form that you received.
