1. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions for Sale
By placing an order using one of the available methods, the Customer confirms that he/she has read all the information provided during the purchase process and confirms that he/she fully accepts these General Terms and Conditions.
  1. E-shop owner

  1. Order
The only products offered for sale by Storm Sofia are those displayed on the website (the “Website”) at the time of ordering, as described on the relevant information pages.
Please note that the images accompanying the product information are intended for information purposes only and may not be entirely representative of the product features, and, for example, may differ in color and size (in some cases due to the browser and screen used to access the Website and view the images).
In order to place an Order, the Customer must complete the relevant form on the Website and send it after carefully reading the Terms and Conditions, as well as the characteristics of the product and / or products he/she intends to purchase.
The correct receipt of the Order is confirmed by Storm Sofia by replying via email sent to the email address specified by the Customer. This confirmation message includes a summary of the terms of purchase, in accordance with the applicable provisions, as well as the details provided by the Customer in the Order, so that the Customer can check the data and request all necessary corrections in due time.
  1. Prices and payment methods
The prices listed on the Website include taxes and VAT. All delivery costs or payment fees in each individual case are communicated to the Customer through the Website or through these Terms and Conditions.
The following payment methods are accepted:
  • PayPal
  • Customers can pay via PayPal in accordance with the specific methods defined by PayPal.
  • Credit or debit card
  • When products are purchased with a credit or debit card, the transaction can be made through a secure PayPal server or another secure server selected by Storm Sofia.
  • Cash on Delivery
  • The customer can pay for his/her purchase in an Econt office, which he/she has chosen when completing the order or when ordering a delivery to the address of the courier serving him/ her.
  • The Customer's credit or debit card details are transmitted via a secure connection directly to the banking institution managing the transaction, and Storm Sofia cannot have access to them under any circumstances or during any stage of the transaction. Storm Sofia does not store electronic records of such data and therefore Storm Sofia is not liable for fraud and misuse of credit or debit cards by third parties at the time of payment under any circumstances.
  1. Delivery of products and related fees
Purchased products are delivered to the address specified in the Order by the Customer within 3 - 5 days after Storm Sofia has accepted the Order, at the price specified on the Website before making the Order. The delivery price may differ depending on the selected delivery method.
Storm Sofia reserves the right to accept or refuse orders for delivery outside the territory of Bulgaria and Europe. In any case, for deliveries outside the territory of Bulgaria, the delivery costs and delivery times may be changed.
In case of requests for delivery to countries outside the European Union, import duties shall be paid by the recipient. Therefore, the customer is advised to contact the customs authorities in the country in advance to check the costs and any restrictions on imports.
The approximate delivery times specified by Storm Sofia are only indicative and no delay or delivery made with subsequent split shipments entitles the Customer to refuse the delivery or request compensation or indemnity.
At the time of delivery, the Customer is obliged to check whether the number of delivered packages corresponds to the number indicated in the delivery note; whether the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or spoiled, including with regard to the materials used for sealing.
Any damage to the packaging and/ or product or discrepancy in the number of packages or details must be reported immediately, indicating the nature of the problem in the product delivery document, which must be returned to the courier.
Any problems with the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the goods received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, in accordance with the methods set out herein.

  1. Warranty
All products sold by Storm Sofia are provided with a 12 (twelve)-month warranty for any non-compliance. In order to benefit from the warranty support, the Customer must keep the invoice or payment receipt together with the delivery document.
The non-conformity guarantee shall apply provided that the product in question has been used correctly, in accordance with its intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions for use and laundry provided in and/ or with the product.
If Storm Sofia is unable for any reason to provide the Customer with a product under warranty (repaired or replaced) or if the repair or replacement is too burdensome due to the value of the product, Storm Sofia may proceed by applying an appropriate discount from the price paid or through refund of the full amount paid.
Where the warranty requires the product to be returned, it must be returned by the Customer in its original packaging, together with all its parts (including the packaging and any documentation and accessories).

  1. Order cancellation
Storm Sofia organizes the refund to the Customer for the entire amount paid, excluding charged shipment fees and all customs duties paid for import, within 15 days from the date of cancellation, by transferring the debited amount applying the method for initial payment used by the Customer for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In any case, the Customer shall not bear the costs incurred as a result of said refund. Storm Sofia may withhold the refund until receipt of the returned product or until the customer can prove that the product was shipped correctly, whichever comes first.

Any personal data collected during the execution of the order, shall be used by Storm Sofia solely for the purpose of performing the explicit request of the customer, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation EC/2016/679 and the Privacy policy uploaded to the Website. Any other use of the specified data will be carried out only with the express consent of the Customer.
